She was predeceased by: her parents, T. E. Collier and Lenora Belle Collier (Lewis); her husbands, Raymond Callahan and William Link; and her son Tony Ray Callahan.
She is survived by: her sons, David Callahan (Dianne) and Timothy Callahan (Rachel); and her grandchildren, David Matthews (Eddie), Kyle Callahan, Sara Mangett (Jason), Jasmine Callahan, Patrick Callahan, Samantha Figueroa (Joel), Chelsea Bryant (Robert), Megan Shoumate (Aaron), Gavin Callahan and Felicia Callahan. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; many other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Presbyterian Church, in Frances's memory.
