She is survived by: her husband Albert Leon Hines; her children, Albert Leon Hines II and Dr. Philnita Tolbert (Ernest); her grandchildren, Chanel, Kyia and Ethan Tolbert; her brother Floyd Bell; her niece Tashia Bell; her great-niece Amiyah; her godson David L (Bates); and her caregiver Robin L. Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
