He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mary Powers; his children, Michelle Merrow (Kenneth), Sherry Woodward (Brian) and Jack Matthew Powers; his grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Christian, Parker, Preston, Paige, Patricia, Jack Jr. and Joe; and his great grandchildren, Theodore and Sophia.
