He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Foutch and Robert Foutch; and his brother Jerry Foutch (Sarah). He is survived by: his uncle Harold (Cedar Point); his wife Darlene Foutch; his brothers, Billy Foutch (Sharon), Ronnie Foutch (Pam) and Roger Foutch (Charlotte); and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Chucky, Randy Foutch, Brenda Green, Ricky Foutch, David Foutch, Amanda Foutch-Kolesar, Ashleigh Foutch and Brad Foutch.
