He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman G. Suttle and Glenna I. Suttle (Copeland); his wife Dorothy Suttle; his sons, Howard Suttle and Michael Suttle; and his siblings, Kyle, Dennis, Bill, Freeman, Oscar Suttle, Ene Cantebury and Leona Lane.

He is survived by: his children, Sharon Saldana, Diana Kennedy (Ken), Irene Garza (Larry), Pam Elleman (Tim), Paula Thomas (Chuck), Becky Mata (Tony), Adrian Suttle, Allen Suttle (Sarah), Timothy Suttle (Robert), Dennis Suttle (Kathy), Denise Suttle, James Suttle (Teresa) and Sherman Suttle (Mary); and his daughter-in-law Cathy Suttle. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great- grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
