He was predeceased by: his parents, Hale Buchanan and Verna Buchanan; and his wife Gloria. He is survived by: his children, Jack Jr., Paula Hughes (Steve) and Matt (Paula); his grandchildren, Nathan, Zachary and Jesse; and his sister Barb Beyerlein (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
