He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Welke and Loretta Bartosik Welke. He is survived by: his son Zackary Welke (Susan Valikonis Weber); his siblings, Michael Welke of Amsterdam, Pamela Welke (John Bova) of Lake George, NY and Bernadette Welke Knudsen of Amsterdam; and his niece Sydney Knudsen.
