He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Stephen Johnson, Cheryl Johnson, Wendy Madden, Joseph Johnson (Amanda), Nicholas Johnson and Amanda DuBuc (Tom); his grandchildren, Thomas, Byron, Justin, Corey, Paige, Payton, Lily, Brody, Daisy and Casey; and his sisters, Gladys and Dorothy. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
