He was predeceased by: his parents, Nimrod Jacobs and Mary Jacobs (Esia); his parents-in-law, Max and Margery Sicard; and his sister-in-law Betty Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Camille Jacobs; his children, Lisa Johnson (Jay) and Nick Jacobs; his grandchildren, Ashley and Adrian Johnson; his great grandchildren, Malik, Iyah, Tahani and Haylah; his siblings, Norman Jacobs, David Jacobs (Janet) and Rosemary Wilcox (Ron); and his brother-in-law David Sicard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Judes children's foundation or Make a Wish Foundation.
