He was predeceased by: his parents, John II and Dorothy VanHamlin II (Erdly); and his siblings, Joseph VanHamlin, Karen VanHamlin, Laura VanHamlin Slatka and Robert VanHamlin.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte VanHamlin; his children, Joe VanHamlin (Susan Loxton Sheaver) and Tina VanHamlin; his siblings, Tom VanHamlin (Cindy), Bill VanHamlin (Jolynn), Daniel VanHamlin (Debra), Mary VanHamlin Powers and Frank VanHamlin (Tina); and his sister-in-law Diane VanHamlin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and good friends.
