He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Spann; and his father Herman D. Tyree. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Tyree and Casey Funderburg (Dakota); his grandchildren, James Tyree, Mia Tyree and Page Faulkner; his mother Bertha Butters (Parrish); and his siblings, Joann Lincoln (William), David Tyree and Thomas Tyree. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
