He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Toler, and Elsie L. Toler, Sr. (Burns); his wife Mary Claire Dion; his sons, John and Robert Toler; and his siblings, Rose, Richard and Elsie.
He is survived by: his children, James Toler (Pamela) of Davison and Kerry Newton (Patrick Vincent); his daughter-in-law Debra Toler; and his grandsons, Matthew and Thomas Toler.
