He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilario P. Perez and Rita C. Perez (Castillo); his brother Jesus Perez; and his brother-in-law Douglas Booth. He is survived by: his siblings, Celia Perez-Booth, Ernesto Perez (Onnalee), Antonio Perez (Diane) and Beatrice Perez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
