He is survived by: his wife Chai Partlan; his son Nathan Partlan (Roselyn); his grandson James Parlan; his siblings, Charles Partlan (Brooke), Kevin Partlan (Margaret) and Pamela Peterman; and his sister-in-law Ande Partlan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
