He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Waibel and Mable Waibel. He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Linda Oskey, Dallas Martin, DiAnna McClanahan, Priscilla Sawdon, Frank Martin, Gordon Waibel, Dee Waibel, David Waibel and Lynnda Waibel; and his brothers, Ronald, Wayne and Foster Waibel. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
