She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Byron and Geneva Pearl Dinsmore (Billingsley); her son Jeffery Howard; and her siblings, Daniel Ivan and Jeanette Marie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Marie Waters and Kelly Jean Baldwin (James); and her brothers, Lawrence Dinsmore (Sue) and Charles Dinsmore (Barb). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
