With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine E. Shelley of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on May 11, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hilden and Ethel Hilden (Quibell); her son-in-law Michael Sedlak; and her siblings, Earl, Don, Everett and Margaret Ann Manley.
She is survived by: her husband A. G. Shelley; her daughters, Cynthia Steinberg (Gary) and Leslie Sedlak (late Michael); her grandchildren, Amy Carpenter (Josh), Brett Hanner (Rachal), Matthew Sedlak (Emily), Tanya Schmieder (David), Tina Steinberg and Carrie Sedlak; her great grandchildren, Braydon Hanner, Brooklynne Hanner, Blake Hanner, M'Kenzie Hanner, Dominick Hanner, Kora Hanner, Tristyn Sedlak, Harper Sedlak, Matthew Boone, Morgan Boone, Cody Carpenter, Caelum Blair, Keegan Blair, Taeghan Blair, Travis Scmieder and Olivia Schmieder; her great great grandchild Raylynn Carpenter; her brothers, Bill Hilden and Jerry Hilden; and her brother-in-law Leon "Billy" Shelley (June). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
