He is survived by: his children, Kennedy Alexis Smith, Riley Donovan Smith, Harmony Grace Smith and Urijah David Smith; the mother of his children Dawn Hasan; his parents, Joyce Arleen Rager (Fred) and Gerald Lynn Smith (Vivian Blaszkiewicz-Smith); his brother Mark Christopher Smith; his stepbrother David Blaszkiewicz; his uncle Jim Smith (Pat); his nephews, Caleb Thomas Smith and Owen Christopher Smith; and his girlfriend Amber Naganashe. He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
