He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Materia and Lois Materia; and his sisters, Alma and Roberta. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Lisa Andrews, Jodi Wawra (Will) and Tim Materia (Angel); his grandsons, Dan Jr., Mike Andrews (Sienna), Ken Andrews, Tyler Kimball and Justin Kimball (Nikki); his great grandchildren, Adalie, Audi, Beckett, Arley, Collin, Garrett, Kolton, Parker and Harlow; and his siblings, Betsey Jueckstock (Craig) and Lee Materia.
