He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Carlson and Dorthy Carlson; and his siblings, Thomas Carlson and Sally Gurtner. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Johnson; his sons, Larry Jr. (Wilma Jo) and Loren (Treva); his grandchildren, Jeramy, Gary, Cameron and Markus Carlson; and his siblings, Chuck Carlson (Rose), Jack Carlson (Johnna), Greg Carlson and Sue Hobson (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
