With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura May Swisher of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Eli B. Martin and Bessie Martin (Chown); her stepmother Dorothy Martin; and her sons-in-law, Matthew Ragan and Scott Woodring.

She is survived by : her husband Arthur L. Swisher; and her children, Lueanne Ragan, Cheryl Woodring, Gary Swisher (Kim) and Dyan Ricker (Patrick). She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters; a brother; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
