He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zellar and Hilda Zellar (Goldthorpe); his siblings, Ken, Wayne, Pauline Schultz and May Armstrong; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Zellar.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Zellar (Grawey); his sons, Greg Zellar (Donna), Quint Zellar (Emily) and Derick Zellar (Amber); his grandchildren, Brittanie Martin, Courtney Walters (Chris), Tyler Zellar (Shelby), Parker Zellar (Sara), Liam Zellar (Anna), Aidan Zellar and Abby Zellar; his great grandchildren, Jack Martin, Gerritt, Graesyn Walters, Everleigh, Addisyn Zellar, Ashlynn and Forrest Zellar; and his siblings, John Jr., Lawrence, Ceil Nyman and Laurie Tansy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
