She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenard Thompson and Dorothy Thompson (Byrd); her husband Billy; and her sister Sharron Gustafson. She is survived by: her children, David Bailey (Heather), Dawn Black (Gary Gell) and Gregory Bailey (Kim Coalson); her close friend Linda Stevens; her grandchildren, Dan Black (Jennifer), Max Black (Danielle Comerford), Nick Black (Erin), Lela Bailey, Clayton Ross and Andre Sellers; her great grandchildren, Shane Church, Liam Black, Adelynn Black and Audrey Black; and her sisters, Darlene Matthews and Shirley Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
