It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Nickens of Flint, Michigan, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bill Driver and Rosa Lee Driver; her husband Richard Nickens; her stepmother Louisa Turner; her siblings, Wood Lee Clemmons and George Driver; her uncles, Charlie and Murry Jenkins; her nephew Fredrick Clemmons; and her son-in-law Charlie Dillard Sr. (Lucy Humphrey).

She is survived by: her children, Arlene Dillard, Eddie Driver, Antoine and Aja Nickens; her stepchildren, Richard, Ronnie, Gail, Sandra Nickens and Deborah Hockett; her grandchildren, Chimera Banyard, Charlie Dillard Jr., Destiny Horne, Markqual, Chevonte, T'erra, Shundericka Driver, Taylor Fields, Kareem Smartt, Jermaine, Amir Irvin-Nickens, A'Laya Nickens and J'Onna Suggs; her nieces and nephews, Donald, Calvin Clemmons, Allen Davis, Cozetta and Kim Davis; her aunt Lula Mae Levy; her cousin Charles Levy; and her close friends, Jozetta Yarbrough, Regina Harvell, Koretta Bell, Alexis Demps, Katie Humphries and Bobbie Patrick.
