She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Dixon and Mary Alice Walker; her husband Quinn Dawkins; her daughters, Sara Dixon (Cornelius Frye) and Savannah Dawkins; her grandchildren, Paris Clark, Cornelius Frye V, Sakyra and MyLiyah Frye; her great grandchildren, Ny'Asia Holden, Sariyah and Zaryan Frye; and her sisters, Martha Thomas, Mary Lou Cunningham (Alvin), Rose Ann Dantzler (Alfonso) and Linda Dixon.

She was preceeded in death by her parents, Leonard and Mary Dixon, sister, Dorothy Tedford and brother, Donnell Dixon Memorial Donation.
