She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Watters and Madeline Watters; her husband Melvern; and her brothers, Jack and Kenneth Watters.

She is survived by: her stepson Michael Crowder (Tamara); her stepgrandsons, Michael Crowder (Kelsey) and Matthew Crowder (Ashley); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hayden, Cash and Teagan; and her siblings, Barbara Allan and Jim Watters (Janie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
