She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Keister and Faye Keister (McKenzie); her husband Robert Horn; her sister Jacqueline Head (Dean); and her brothers-in-law, Jerry and Paul Horn.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Duane (Sandy) of Birch Run; her granddaughters, Nicole Bohnsack and Kimberly (Richard Cody); her great grandchildren, Damien (Kylie), Arianna, Gabriella, Alexis, Marcus, Wolfrick and Silas; and her caregiver Cindy Sherry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
