She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary Sue and Paul Naeyaert; and her nephew John Bentley. She is survived by: her husband Michael Bentley; her children, Keara Naeyaert (Brody Kohlhepp), Mija Bentley (Matthew Gozdzierski), Latina Bentley (Angelo Rodriguez) and Luciean Bentley; her grandchild Elizah Kohlhepp; her parent Mary Naeyaert; her siblings, Johnny Horton, Robby Horton and Tanya Lyons (Mike); and her cousin Tyler Naeyaert. She is also survived by seven nephews; eight nieces; three great-nephews; two great-nieces; many other loving family members and friends.
