She was predeceased by: her father William Kilts; her grandfather Harold Jentzen (Florence); her uncle Ronald Jentzen; her aunts, Sally Johns (Edie) and Betty Williamson; her father-in-law Donald Rice; and her sister-in-law Ann Wyatt.

She is survived by: her close friend Scott Rice; her stepdaughter Mishel Kocsis; her siblings, Rosemarie Collins and James Daniels; her nieces and nephews, Kyle Collins (Violet), Timothy Collins, Eric Collins (Sara) and Cheyenne Lamb; her great-nieces, Isabella Collins, Leah Collins and Katherine Collins; her mother-in-law Ruth "Jean" Rice; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Rice (Linda), Nancy Blank (Ron) and Dawn Woodard (Duane). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County or to the family for future designation.
