She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Vermeersch and Geraldine Vermeersch; her husband Micheal Cooley; and her sisters, Barbara and JoAnn.
She is survived by: her son Gregory; her son-in-law James; her daughter Geriann; her siblings, Karen Leonard and Dennis Vermeersch; Moustafa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
