He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton "Curt" Curtis and Katy Curtis; and his sister Megan. He is survived by: his wife Rae Curtis; his daughters, Quinn Curtis and Mallory Simmons (Ryan); and his stepsons, Stephen Higgerson (Nadra), Timothy Higgerson (Holly) and Kyle Higgerson (Elyse). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven siblings; and many, many special family members and friends.
