She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Blakeslee and Theresa Blakeslee (Smith). She is survived by: her sisters, Lorraine Rosencrans of Chesaning and Connie Perez (Jose) of Chesaning; and her sister-in-law Margaret Blakeslee of Reed City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Following Covid 19 guidelines, masks must be worn, and social distancing practiced at the cemetery.

“In loving memory of Maxine Blakeslee, I am speechless. We - the King siblings - had just sent her 4 dozen roses in the grieving response and heart felt sympathy to her brothers recent death. I’ve known Maxine all my life - she’s the only one that baby sat me other than my brother. She taught me how to pull weeds in the garden, why planing flowers are important even at Tom’s Gas Station in Flint and healthy eating habits she and my Mom were into. This had come as sad news. W/deepest sympathies.”
