She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Phinney; and her daughter Kimberly Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Tina Giraud, Wayne Sego (Carolyn) and Jonathan Phinney (Heather); and her sister Starlette Lindsey. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
