He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben June Clark Parsons and Lynne Dee Merrill (Widdis); and his brothers, Danny Parsons and Jerry Smithpeters. He is survived by: his stepfather Glenn Merrill; his children, Emile Miller and Tyler Parsons (Heather); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Parsons and Olivia Parsons; and his siblings, Bonnie Widdis, June Parsons (Danielle) and Jason Parsons (Tabitha).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the family to assist in the funeral expenses.
