He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Carrigan and Margaret Carrigan (Tufts); his wife Sharleen Lazenga; his son Paul M. Carrigan; and his sisters, Margaret Byers and Shirley O'Berry. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
