Mildred Frances Burgess Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Frances Burgess (Flint, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 21, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Mildred's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Mildred's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Weatherwax and Anna Weatherwax (Proper); her husband Charles; and her daughter Molly. She is survived by: her son Paul (Sherri); her son-in-law Frank; her stepchildren, Neil (Lola) and Kathy; and her sister-in-law Lila. She is also survived by grandchildren, six generations of nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the East Flint Lions Club (4352 Crosby Rd, Flint, MI 48506).
