He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Jr. Raglon and Naomi Ruth Raglon (McFadden); his mother-in-law Laura Dziduch; his siblings, Andrew Raglon, Ruby Raglon, Lois Raglon, Brenda Franklin (Raglon), Mary Washington (Raglon) and Patricia (Raglon); his brother-in-law Roger Marshall; his sister Sara Nichols; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Raglon (Turner), Don and Diane Durham; and his nephew David Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Raglon; his children, Sarah Raglon (Carl Fuqua, Jr.) of Flint, MI and Eric Raglon (Samantha Whitehouse) of Santee, CA; his grandchildren, Ryder Foster of San Diego, CA, Riley Whitehouse of Santee, CA, Carly Raglon-Fuqua of Flint, MI and Dominic Foster of San Diego, CA.; his brother Marvin Raglon of St. Joseph, MI; and his grandchildren, Alayna, Amiah of Flint, MI, Gianni of San Diego, CA and Adrianna of South Pittsburgh, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, Inc. (906 W Flint Park Blvd, Flint, MI 48505). Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home (906 W Flint Park Blvd, Flint, MI 48505). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
