She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Lewis and Evelyn Lewis; her husband William "Bill" Garrett; her sister Etta; her brother-in-law Allen Smith; her brother Larry; her sister-in-law Wanda Lewis; her sister Judith Lewis; her niece Tracy Henderson; and her nephew John Yelle.
She is survived by: her nephew Robert Clark (Melinda); and her niece Cheryl Yelle.
