Nancy Jean Root Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Jean Root in Flint, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Roland and Esther Roland (Carlson); her mother-in-law Emma Delduca; her siblings-in-law, Bill Root, David Root, Duncan Root, Phil Ingram and Mary Redlawsk; and her niece Tracy.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Root; her daughters, Tina Myers-Lancaster (Joe) and Gina Ahrns (Robert); her grandchildren, Robby Ahrns (Fabiola), Jacob Myers (KayLee), Jessica Myers, Jeffrey Myers (Breanna) and Jordyn Myers; her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Colton, Scout, Jeffrey, Bradley, Peytan, Isabella, Rachel, Olivia, Rebecca, Gianna, Grayson and Jacob; her siblings, Barbara Ingram and Glen Roland (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Fraidenburg, Faye Root and Norma Riegle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
