She was predeceased by: her parents, Osmer Herrin and Della Herrin (Eaker); her husband Dormon Church; her son Rick; her siblings, Cleo Herrin, Geneva Ciecalone, Willie Herrin, Albert Herrin, Deloros Reaves and Dorthy Adams; and her siblings-in-law, Chuck Adams, Charles Ciecalone, Beverly Herrin, Pat Herrin and Versa Herrin.
She is survived by: her son Randy Church (Judy); her grandsons, Aaron (Nicole) and Eric (Bobbi); her great grandchildren, Allison Flanders (Case), Andrew Church, Anna Church (Robby Burk), Conner Church (Riley), Hayden Church and Nolan Church; and her great great grandchild Rosalyn Flanders. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
