She is survived by: her boyfriend Kenneth Smythe; her sons, Jeff Smythe (Michelle), Bryan Smythe (Maurenya) and Matt Smythe (Holly); her brother Brad Perry; and her nephew Dennis Pennington. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; her 12 great-grandchildren.
