He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Osika and Margaret Osika (Harlock); and his son Samuel Isaac Osika. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Diana "Dee Dee" Yager (Chris) of Meridian, Daniel Osika (Autumn) of Flint Township, Seth Osika (Bobbi Anne) of Swartz Creek and Stephen Osika (Christina) of Flint; his grandchildren, Charity, Samuel (Carolyn), Charissa, Berlin, Titus and Gentry; and his siblings, Dion (Teri), Judy, Linda, Susan, Deborah, Elizabeth "Lilly" (Gary), David (Mary), Cindy, Anthony "Charlie" (Christina) and Laura "Tuttie" (Allen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Living Hope Baptist Mission, Meridian MS.
