He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Church; his daughters, Samantha (Cameron) and Krystie Ballou (Richard); his grandchildren, Leighann and Carter Campbell; his siblings, Tony Ballou (Margie), Kimberly LaFeldt (late Bill) and George Ballou II; and his close friend David. He is also survived by many nieces nephews.
