He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Perez and Emma Perez (Jackson); his grandson Tyler; his daughter Erica Dalman (Matt); his grandchildren, Andrew, Ethan, Caleb and Megan; his son Corey (Veronica); his granddaughter Ava; and his siblings, James and Felicia.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Perez (Dixon); his son Anthony (Kristin); his grandchildren, Anna, Kaelynn, Molly, Tia, Haley, Ivan and Nolan; his sister Denise Bennett; and his brother-in-law Craig Crawford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
