Rachel Lynn Germain Obituary

Rachel Lynn Germain, age 43 of Flint passed away September 20, 2022 at U of M Hospital, Ann Arbor. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St., Flint, MI. Family will receive visitors from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Rev. Thomas Harmon officiating. Cremation will take place after the funeral. She has four loving children; three boys Forrest Germain, Dakota Germain, and Donovan Germain and her only daughter Ravyn Germain.

She also has two bonus daughters LeAndra Powell and Nola Alsteen, she had eleven grandchildren; Evan, Isabella, Serenity, Komora, Audrianna, Jeremiah, Avander, Aleczander, Adaline, Alayna, and Archer, who meant the world to her and she would light up when talking about them even if she couldn't see them. It took her many years, but she finallyfound Daniel Harmon, who accepted her for her regardless of her imperfections. Rachel is also survived by her best friends, Desiree McAllister, Crystal Watson, Laura Walker, and Rita Noel.

Rachel had many coworkers and people she has touched over the years due to her compassion for people. Not only was Rachel fun and the life of the party, she was very in touch with her feelings and her spiritual side. Rachel's favorite color was purple and her favorite flowers were lilacs and sunflowers.

She loved to write poetry, draw, and she was working on writing abook. Rachel was proceeded in death by Ronald Smith and Germain Joyce Germain.
