He is survived by: his son Emara Burns; his sisters, Evangelist Patricia McKenzie (Deacon Willie), Lynette Hatter and Monica Davis (Gerald); his cousin Grover Shaw Jr.; his uncle Grover Dixon (Elizabeth); and his aunt Ruby Dixon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
