It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Rupp of Flint, Michigan, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rupp and Elspeth Rupp (Stanton); and his siblings, Bill, Don, Jack, Judy and Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his son Raymond; and his siblings, Charles Rupp, Ann Long, Robert Rupp (Beth), Patrick Rupp (Lou), Thomas Rupp (Barbara), Suellen Thomas (Mike), Michael Rupp (Paulette) and Nell Bell (Loren). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
