He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Polzin and Geraldine Polzin (Altene); and his brothers, Arthur Jr. (Larry) and Curtis. He is survived by: his son Doug (Joanna); his grandchildren, Zoe and Dennis; and his sister-in-law Katha. He is also survived by his 5 nieces and nephews, his 10 great nieces and nephews, and his 3 great, great, nieces and nephew.
