He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Whitman; his children, Jason (Carrie), Stephanie Zettel and Christina (Shawn); his grandchildren, Taylor, Ayden, Roland, Maya, Camden, Zachary, Lauren and Lillian; his sisters, Marjorie (Robert Robinson), Mary (Don Creg) and Kathie (Ed Brandt); and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn (Duane Larson) and Debra (Dale Gentle).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice.
