He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin and Edna; his wife Wilma Ballard; his daughters, Jill Cokeley and Rebecca Ballard; his siblings, Bea Elmore, Clyde, William, Norman and Howard; and his great grandchild Lillian Ballard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheri Alexander and Julie Flynn; his siblings, Leona Conn and Clarence Ballard (Esther); and his pet Zeus. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
